Under 6 hours
Online cancel closes - contact the salon. Late fees may apply.
No-show
Missing your appointment without notice may incur full service charges.
Sign in
Open your Viya account.
My Bookings
Find the appointment you want to change.
Cancel
Use Cancel if the button is available.
Reschedule
Ask the salon to move your visit - they update it in their portal.
Late arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the salon may cancel the slot to serve other customers. Treat this as a no-show unless they agree otherwise.
Salon-specific rules
Deposits, packages, and promotional offers may have extra terms shown at booking time. When in doubt, contact the salon before your appointment.
