The rules for using Viya as a customer. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Viya provides online tools to discover salons and book appointments. We are a technology platform - not the provider of salon services. Each booking is a agreement between you and the salon you select.
2. Your account
Keep your login details secure and your profile information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Bookings & payments
Follow the salon's pricing, cancellation, and house rules. Payment is usually at the salon unless a deposit is clearly shown during checkout. See our cancellation policy for online cancel windows.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false bookings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
