The rules for using Viya as a customer. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Booking rules

  • Bookings are between you and the salon you select. Viya provides the booking software.
  • Keep profile details accurate so salons can reach you about your visit.
  • Follow pricing, deposits, and house rules shown at checkout.
  • Online cancel windows are in our cancellation policy.

Late arrivals

  • Arrive on time for the slot you booked.
  • More than 15 minutes late: the salon may release your slot to serve other customers.
  • Repeated no-shows or abuse may lead to account limits.

Merchant rights

  • Salons set service menus, prices, staff, and opening hours.
  • They may decline or adjust bookings that conflict with capacity or policy.
  • Deposit and refund decisions for salon-collected payments follow salon policy.
  • Salons run the appointment; Viya does not perform beauty services.

Your account & use

  • Protect your login. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not submit false bookings or attempt unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

The service

Viya provides online tools to discover salons and book appointments. We are a technology platform - not the provider of salon services. Each booking is an agreement between you and the salon you select.

Payments

Payment is usually at the salon unless a deposit is clearly shown during checkout. Any third-party payment processor handles card data under its own terms when deposits apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
